About Project OPEN

Project OPEN is designed to encourage and support entrepreneurial efforts in the Saline County area through funding and specialized training. Project OPEN provides gap financing for new and existing entrepreneurs, with a focus on rural/distressed and minority/woman owned businesses, as well as FREE business training courses in partnership with Kansas State University Salina. Project OPEN helps strengthen our local entrepreneurial businesses, positions our community for economic development from within, and creates a friendly environment for a small business to settle and flourish.
